Full width navigation dropdown

Hi,
I am trying to create a drop down navigation feature that works in much the same way as the nav dropdown here (hover over the ‘Electronics’ option): https://www.sony.co.uk

Currently, I have the following (hover over products & services):

I have 2 issues:

  1. The yellow tab under ‘Products & Services’ disappears when I hover over its dropdown
  2. The dropdown appears when I hover over it, rather than only when I hover/click the ‘Products & Services’ tab.

Could anyone advise on how to set this up properly please?
