Forms not working?

Can anyone help with a forms query? I’ve set up forms throughout my site and in project settings I’ve included an email address to ‘Send form submissions to:’

I’ve published the site and tried a test but I just get a ‘oops something went wrong…’ message?

But it seems like we are missing some information with regards to reCaptcha and some other connections as well.
