Formly form not working

I created a Multi step form using formly (FormlyDocs | ϟ Formly - Multistep Form Solution for Webflow | ViDesigns).

I published the site and tried to fill in the form to submit it as a test. But when I fill it completely in, it doesn’t submit. The submit button keeps saying ‘Please Wait…’.

Does anyone see what is wrong?

I’d recheck the docs and your attributes.
For instance it looks like this attr should be data-form = multistep
