Floating Nav Bar That Fixes When Touches The Top Of The Browser

Hi,

Is it possible to work this out in Webflow:

A navigation menu bar that is fixed (says 200px below the top) and when it touches the top of browser window as I scroll downward, it fixes there and when I scroll back upward, it will fixed back to it default position (200px below the top)

For example:
The “Filter by Topic” bar in Upcoming Events and Workshops | General Assembly.
