I basically want to be able to have a video hero header but have it be fixed so that when the user scrolls down the page, ONLY my text container scrolls down. Im trying to achieve a parallax effect on the text as the user scrolls. I have no idea how to do this. Can you help me with instructions on what I need to do.

Overall, you would just need to move your vid out of the slider and then give it a fixed position. You would then need to layer elements on top of it.
