I have been asked by my client to make a Call To Action “Sticky” so it will always be on the page. Problem with design is sometimes it hides behind an on page video and also behind 3rd Party Posts of Instagram posts.

‘Div Block 30’ needs z-index the highest, like 20. Then on ‘Navbar 2’ (it’s a native component) those needs to be set manually. Add z-index of 19 if you want to flow under ‘Div Block 30’
