FIXED! 'Discover more' and 'Back-to-top' links not working as they should?

Hi

Can anyone shed some light on why the following isn’t working:-

  1. Homepage: There is a DISCOVER MORE button is has a link set to a section below. Works well on mobile but not on desktop?

  2. Back to top arrow: This seems to work sometimes on mobile but not on desktop. And it also goes behind some elements and should be on the most top layer?
