Finsweet filtering only working on one product page

Hi,

I’m trying to add a filter system to my product pages using the Finsweet CMS filter.

I’ve followed all the steps, and it works fine on the page ‘Fence panels and trellis’ but won’t work on the others where I’ve followed the same steps (Domestic Gates) and (Field Gates) not sure what I’ve done wrong? Can I not use the same filter system on multiple pages?

Hi Kayleigh, the filter isn’t functioning on the “Fence Panels and Trellis” page, even when viewed in preview mode. Could you confirm if the site has been published to staging and, if so, provide me with the staging URL? I suspect the filter might only be operational on the live site and not in preview mode.
