Hi all!
I put a Facebook Chat widget on all the pages of a client’s site, but it’s also integral to have said chat button or chat interface open when CTA buttons are clicked since orders on the page are done via their Facebook Chat.
How can I do this? We’ve explored Facebook-side options, and also one snatchbot topic thread here, but none have provided the answer we need so far. Thank you!
