Fade and Move on Scroll is Choppy

Good morning all,

Working on a new website for a client, and I’m experiencing an animation stutter when the header shown on the landing page “Trusted Retail Expert” reaches the last shred of opacity right before it vanishes.

I’m wondering if this is because 0 Opacity might be registering as a change to display: none and vice versa; but I’m not sure.

I was also a experiencing a bug where the page load animation where the same text faded and moved into place was being overidden by the Scrolling animation… which is just strange because the initial state is clear. Though this seems to have somewhat remedied itself when I reapplied the page load animation… is their an invisible action hierarchy I’m not seeing?

It’s also worth noting that in the designer, the live view scroll stutters with the end of the fading animation whereas in the actual link to the website, only the animation stutters.
