We’ve been running into a lot of issues with the pixel integration for Webflow Ecommerce. When looking the Facebook pixel event tool, we can see the activity for purchases coming through correctly which is great. But the results then do not match up at all with the purchases Facebook records on the advertising panel or the Facebook analytics panel.
Only about 1/4 purchases seem to be reflected across Facebook and without this its very hard to optimise campaigns. Is anyone able to help diagnose the issue.
I did use the Facebook event manual tool and tag the order confirmation URL as a trigger but the issue is the way Webflow describes the value is not accepted by Facebook which then means you cannot see the value of sales.
