There is no native social media sharing built on Webflow but you can use AddThis for that effect:

Thank you for the link to addThis. I have tried to use it on my blog, but it takes titel from another post when trying to share on Facebook… any Idea why?.. image is right though…

If this is still an issue for you, you should check this out: Facebook Widget - embed Facebook Feed on website (in 2 minutes). I am not sure what exactly you want, but seems, my review can be helpful. This widget displays your FB post, FB albums or photos, FB videos and does many other interesting things, it is fully customizable. If you want to add only a button, there is other good widgets like Social Media Icons and Share Buttons. You cad dicplay it in the temolate, it will be shown in every page of the site.
In my opinion, FB widget looks great (I use it for my site, it looks wonderful). But if you want just a share button, the second part of this message is great for you.
