Exported site not displaying properly on external host. Possible CSS bug (?)

I am still learning webflow, please help!

I created this site a few years ago for my university and they asked me to do some updates on it this year. I made several changes to the site and it displays properly on webflow but when I exported the site and uploaded the files to the server it isn’t displaying properly. I thought it might be related to the css file but I couldn’t find anything. This is the first time I’ve encountered this problem and I have made a handful of pages in webflow before.

The second image is the website on the external host. (GoDaddy)

I’ve tried figuring this out for hours now and I haven’t made any progress - any direction on how to resolve this would be much appreciated!
