On my website, I am trying to expand the hover-out area. For example, when I move the cursor to an element to the far left of the screen, and my cursor no longer hovers on the div block, the menu closes. Some people may be confused and not move the cursor down and to the left.

Set the hover trigger on a parent wrapper instead of the menu div so the menu stays open inside a larger hit, area. Add padding or a transparent buffer div to extend that zone.
how would a transparent buffer div work? I cannot expand the space as everything needs to remain tight.
