Erreur d'abonnement , payement en 1 fois pour 1an

Due to an error on my part, I selected the one-time payment option for the subscription, but I intended to pay monthly. Would it be possible to receive a refund so I can make this change? Or perhaps you could switch it directly and refund me for the remaining 11 months?
