Empty Pages After New Tab Opened From Dynamic Link

Bought a great template and customized it.

Setup dynamic links to launch new tabs (Society, Business, Government)

Here is the Read Only Link:

If you click on the links “Society, Business, Government”, the original page is completely blank upon return. Only a refresh (once or twice) will load the content again.
