Embedded Code is showing twice on published site

Hey everyone!
I added an embedded code (Given By my client) to the site. The code was running perfectly fine but today it is showing twice on live site. Back to School
Can anyone guide me on how to fix this?

Hi Zainab,

In general, it looks like you’ve got multiple scripts and CSS style chunks loading multiple times. I’d check your site wide custom code, but for that additional button create, I’m a but suspicious of GTM-injected scripts.

If anyones’ been working to setup google tag manager for tracking, check there to see of those elements are being recreated.
