Editor Issues: New collaborators can't create account, Admin can't see UI

I am having issues with the Editor not appearing, and new collaborators not being able to create account. I am an admin and don’t see any Editor UI, and I added myself as a new collaborator and upon clicking “Create Account” I am directed to the /?edit url, but see no UI.

This definitely sounds like odd behavior.

I tried reproducing this behavior on my end but was unable to, as you can see in the following short screencapture: Screen Recording 2018-11-01...

Can you please try the following:

(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off: Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help

(2) If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and send it to me: Image 2018-04-10 at 12.28.2...
