I am having issues with the Editor not appearing, and new collaborators not being able to create account. I am an admin and don’t see any Editor UI, and I added myself as a new collaborator and upon clicking “Create Account” I am directed to the /?edit url, but see no UI.

This definitely sounds like odd behavior.

Can you please try the following:
(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?hl=en
