can some one tell me why preview mode does not accurately depict edit view ? some instances of this issue are not close at all
Could you provide us with more information, like specific elements that ddon’t look the same. Your read only share link and screen shots of the issue.
When you switch to preview mode, your browser viewport is mechanically wider because the toolbars disappear… Some elements could then change aspect, the same way they could if you were resizing the window. Is that it?
i figured that but how would you accurately edit like this? you would have to constantly switch back and forth to see how edits are being applied.
It all depends on the choices you make. If you use containers your design will be constrained to 940px. If you just use divs or sections without setting a width then they will span the entire screen and will change based on the screen size.
