Dynamically displaying an image title based on hover?

I’ve illustrated what I’m trying to accomplish in a basic way below, but essentially I have a collection of images + title, and I want the title of the image to dynamically load into the “text field” on hover… It seems like it should be possible using dynamic lists but I haven’t figured it out so far…

The red box in the attachment is meant to represent the active hover state:

You cannot do this with interactions, especially when dynamic lists are involved.

It should be possible using some custom JavaScript.
