Dynamic list - No items found

Continuing the discussion from "No items found":

Hi on the preview mode i see a list of dynamic items, however, in live mode they are not there ----------

I have the same problem and even though a few discussions on the forum talk about this issue, I couldn’t find a solution.

At the bottom of TV & Digital ads page, I have a collection of articles that appear on the preview but not on the website when I publish it:
