Correct, they’re not CMS bound elements, so they just show static content.
If you want them to show different content for each CMS item, then you need to bind them to a CMS field. The little purple button [2].

Sorry, one more thing; What if I want to change th icon individually on each box?
You already have that CMS bound, it’s purple in the left side navigation.
To update it you go to the CMS and update the artwork for each item to whatever you like.
