This bug is happening when you duplicate a project.
If you choose a folder to duplicate your project into, it never ends up in this new folder. It always appear in the same folder as the project you duplicate from.
If you duplicate a project from another user, it will appear in the root of your projects, no matter if you specify which folder it should end up in. It looks like the duplicating of projects was never QA tested. They only tested if it actually duplicated the project or not.
