Dropdown animation isn't starting in default minimal state

I’m trying to create a dropdown menu for some product information, and whenever I preview the page, the menu stays dropped down, even though I’ve set the default state on the animation to height: 0 and have made overflow hidden. I’m just going in circles and am not sure how to fix it I’ve included a link below.

Mabee you can set the “Dropdown Content” to display none in the designer and then change it to display block on the animation… and then apply the effect to make it grow by changing the height of the element
