Drop down menu button missing in designer

Simply, there is no way for me to open the Nav bar/Drop down to edit it’s contents!

Any help would be appreciated.

Your navigation is within a symbol and its display is set to hidden since showing it is handled by an interaction. So open the symbol, change the display property to block so you can see the elements, make your changes, and when complete hide it and close the symbol.
