Disqus comments do not work

Hi,

I followed the instructions to place Disqus comments on my site.
I can’t find what went wrong but I’m getting this error:

Disqus does not provide any useful input on what can be the issue (just some very general troubleshooting that doesn’t add much.

Would really appreciate any help! Is there something wrong with the code?
