Disqus comments not working

I installed and reinstalled Disqus on my CMS Blog page but I still get an error message saying it was unable to load.

So sorry for the delay in a reply! Since the page is password protected I’m not able to see the front-end myself, however it looks like you’re including quotations around your variables which may be the issue here:

If removing the quotation marks doesn’t solve the issue, is it possible to include the page password so I can take a closer look at the live site?
