Disappearing banner

Hi everyone.

I am having trouble with my Navbar.

On desktop I have a banner which sits above the navbar. I would also like this banner to be visible on all other devices including Tablet and Mobile.

I have tried EVERYTHING to try and push the mobile navbar down so the banner can be seen, but for some reason, the banner is hidden on smaller screens, and I can’t figure out why.

I was trying to fix the issue on Tablet when I really should have been on mobile.

One of those ‘It’ll be something very obvious’ cases.
