Different Custom cursor image - over link block (with existing image hover)

I am trying to have my own different custom cursor images appear over link blocks (with an existing image hover)…
I’ve looked at webflow forum and instructions - which i followed but doesn’t seem to be working I was hoping you could assist me. - i know i am probably doing something wrong… Thank you!!!
