Hi! I´m working on an ecommerce page and wonder if it´s possible to remove the option drop-down menu from the products? I only have products without any variants so there is not need for the dropdown.

Could you share your Webflow read only link? Usually Webflow will hide the option lists ( the variant drop down ) if the product doesn’t have any.
