I’ve been trying to get in touch with the Enterprise Support Team, they have never replied. I’m not satisfied with the bandwidth options the standard package gives. And the “Client Tailored” approach they have with the worst Enterprise Support System. If I am not getting any support, I’ll likely file a complaint to BBB.
Do you mean Enterprise Sales, or Enterprise Support?
Support is for existing Enterprise clients, and includes a direct phone option so it’s very easy to contact them.
If you’re not an Enterprise client yet, I don’t think you’d be able to access any of the Enterprise Support options. You’d want to start with Enterprise Sales.
If you’re only trying to manage bandwidth, make certain you do proper optimization first. Optimize all of your assets, move background videos to another hosting setup, etc. Most sites can be brought within business plan limits.
