Custom spinner arrows for a number field in a form

I’ve designed some custom spinner arrows for a form on the Contact Lenses Page. I’ve put some custom code in but it doesn’t seem to be allowing the arrows to increase or decrease the number field.

Any ideas on what might be wrong / missing with the custom code?

I checked your site but I couldn’t see the custom spinner arrows - just wondering if you have removed these in the meantime?
