Custom navbar wont close on mobile

Hello!
I have been struggling to close the mobile menu when user clicks on the link. The link automatically strolls to linked section… I’ve tried applying the close navbar animation to the navlinks but it doesnt seem to work. Are there any other recommended solutions?

Hi Lisa!

If you use the default Webflow navbar element, your menu should close automatically!

thank you! but is there anyway to go forward with custom navbars?

There might be, but I don’t think I can’t help you with this problem. From personal experience, you’re going to run into many more problems using a custom navbar. Sorry!
