Creating responsive client logo slider/carousel

Hi all,

I would like to know how to create a client logo slider ( having 20 logos to display) and 4 logo per slide on desktop version and 1 logo per slide on mobile version. I mean it must be responsive.

If you can notice : there is four logos on the desktop version whereas there is only one logo on the mobile version, now it I move the slider on mobile I want the other three logos to appear in next three slides

Any help will be great.

I believe the easiest way to solve this problem is create two sliders, one for desktop / tablet, the other for mobile. Hide the large on mobile and vice versa for large.
