Content that flows from column to column

I’ve started a blog and have noticed it’s a pain to edit the flow each time I add a new blog. Is there a way to add a new blog in the columns (top left) and have the rest just move over to the next column automatically?

Second question would be, once I have enough blogs and need to have multiple pages, how would I do that? See pic for example. The numbers at the bottom is what I’m looking for.
