Everything looks good on my site when in Design mode, but when I click the eyeball view the subtitle “Whim sets you up on actual, real-life dates. No endless messaging, waiting for replies, or coordinating plans. Just. Great. Dates.” disappears.
What is going on?

It disappears because an interaction sets its initial state to opacity:0. Then is slowly appears by itself a second later, as the interaction says.

What can happen is what you show on the video below, the preview mode has a little known bug, sometimes when you click it the interaction don’t run. click it again twice (leave, enter) and the interactions will run:
