Contact widget wont go away help

hey everyone so I need help I have an tidio contact us widget on my website but we decided to implement WhatsApp as we will be able to respond faster to customers but when I removed the code for tidio and implemented elf sight code tidio was still there ? and I have no clue how to get rid of it
