Hi Guys,

I’m creating a buying form in webflow and connect it with zapier. However, after people submit the form, I’m doing a One Time Offer Page and need to detect whether people click YES or NO.

If people click YES, I need to notify my admin again using zapier that the person is taking the one time offer.

How do I do that?
