(Potential) Bug: Component Style Variants

I’m opening this thread to discuss potential bugs in the new Component Style Variants. Currently, I can’t apply different background-color and border-color styles to the variants. It seems the default w--open combo class is overriding the Style Variant. I have a navbar with multiple Style Variants (Light, Medium, Dark).
