You should be able to get the option ID to value translations as part of the collection schema.

'Option' type value not accessible via API?

Hello, When reading an ‘Option’ type field via API, we are getting an ID of the option, rather than the option value itself. But unlike with Reference fields where we can read the list of respective ID’s and match them with respective values, we don’t seem to be able to get the corresponding ID’s to the options. This makes it impossible for us to compare the values when synchronizing data with an external database. Am I correct here? If so, is there any workaround? And would it not be possib…
