Collaborators cannot edit round images

I’ve used border-radius:50% to create a round image which is held within a link block. Because it’s in a link block collaborators can’t just click on it to edit. Because it’s a circle, the edit button is un-clickable – it disappears as soon as the cursor moves outside of the circle. Can this be fixed?
