CMS Item linked from collection page

Hi, i would like to replicate this:

I know the website is made with Webflow and the screen is taken from a collection page.
Basically the buttons are dinamically populated by fields inside of the CMS item and these buttons link to pages pre-filtered with the items containing these fields.

Is possible to replicate this?

Make a collection called “Topics”, and list the topics in a collection list wherever you want, it will appear like this. Links will go to the collection template page, for each topic. All the content will be CMS based.
