CMS Images Showing Up Tiny On Published Website

I’m having a strange issue with one of my CMS collections. When the site is published, some images pulled from the CMS record are showing up very small.

I have already tried the following fixes without success:

  1. I have duplicated the affected record(s) and changed the name but this didn’t work
  2. I have deleted the record completely and added a new record but this didn’t work
  3. I removed the image/logo and uploaded a new image/logo with a DIFFERENT file name, but again this didn’t work

When published, the image is being resized to 16px x 16px which isn’t right. Can anybody shed any light on to this issue I am having?
