CMS collections in different parent folders, but their slugs can not be the same name?

hi, guys!
just wanna figure out why the CMS collections in different parent folders, but their slugs can not be the same name?

I have two collections in my site right now, Articles and Articles-chs, and their parent folders r different, i want their slugs to be same naming. but it would show that ‘Collection with this URL already exists’…

is anybody having for the same issue with it?

Collection slugs must be unique with each other. The parent folder feature is more of a publishing option than an actual change in the underlying data infrastructure.

Build a reverse proxy to rewrite your content and respond to the paths you want.
