TL;DR- This animation would be possible only through custom code
Because the elements you want to animate are dynamic elements, the all have the same class and Webflow treats them as duplicates of the same element. Since this animation treats each element slightly different, you need to target each element separately. This can be done by adding a unique id to each element, and targeting it - with custom code only.
BTW, the example you show, is an animation which is most likely not applied to dynamic items.
