Click & hover interaction doesn't work together

Hi,

I have a couple of problems with these interactions:

First issue: the hover and the click interaction doesn’t work together. Why? How can I make them work at the same time over the same element? Only the hover is working.

Second issue: I would like to change the BG color on hover/click to white, but when I add an action in the interactions panel, then everything turns white. What am I doing wrong?
