Checking z-index of absolutely positioned buttons

Hello Webflow,

I’m looking to create some sliding side buttons. I’ll be able to handle that however I’m having a bit of trouble with the element being on top of my Hero Slider. I’m working from a template but I don’t think it should matter. Basically my sliders are hiding the element which is fixed to the side of site but is only visible once I scroll down past the slider. I also have it above all the other elements on the page so I’m not figuring it out. Please help and thanks in advance!

Nevermind I found it… my z-index was set to 0.

Hi @Marvel773e, thanks for sharing the solution. Checking the z-index of layers is always a good thing to remember :slight_smile:
