Change CMS item on link click

I’m building a dashboard. I’m looking to change the CMS item when someone clicks a link.

I added the cms item to the iframe.

What I want to do is, for example, if the user clicks on Calls in the left nav the iframe url will change. The problem is it appears the links only let you link to CMS pages.

Is there a way that when On Click - the iframe element changes from the url in the leads cms item to the urls in the call cms item?

I don’t know if I’m 100% following you, but if you want to change a CMS item after a link click you could style a form button to look like a link, capture that form click within Integromat/Make, and then have Integromat/Make update the CMS through the Webflow API.
