Change button color on hover to black

I’m working on a template and I need help with changing a color.

Please go to www.saudiwealthfund.com and at the top hover the mouse over [LOG IN]. When you hover over log in it turns to a blue color.

I need to change the hover color to - #00000 (Black)

Please tell me how this is done.

Nope, doesn’t turn blue for me. The button turns brown/orange and the text turns white.

Sidenote: You need to disable hover color change for the link wrapper of the button. Try hovering just outside the button border and you’ll see what I mean; the button text turns black.
