It seems customers can’t checkout without paying online. Almost every customer of mine wants Cash on delivery, is it possible on WebFlow?

Yeah, not a thing! Manual payments no doubt on the radar!
There is one work around if you use Stripe.
Create a discount code called Cash on delivery, set the discount to 100%.
Then you can finish the order and the customer can pay when they pick up the order
Just a work around
